Quarto d'Altino

Quarto D’Altino is a small town easily accessible from Venice, it takes just 20 minutes by train. Altino is an significant archaeological place. There visitors find proofs of the Roman occupation. The development of the earliest city named Altinum due to the construction of Via Annia in 131 B.C, completed the connection between Rome and the significant town of Aquileia, that was located in the north-east part of Italy.
